We are refitting OPUS a 1980 Cabo Rico 38 sailboat. New rigging, motor, sails, electronics, etc. Opus is USCG documented and insured for US and coastal sailing. We tried Topsail and was turned down. We have tried several brokers but no luck. Can anyone recommend an insurance carrier? We are planning an Atlantic crossing to UK. July 2025, sailing the area and making it into the Mediterranean in the fall.
